"Anthro" is good, as these are absolutely not proper Catgirls. Juujin does mean hybrid animal-humans creatures, as like the Western "Furry" ..but that's just too loaded a term. ("Anthro" was invented by those in the late 90s trying to distance themselves..) "Beastfolk" rings of an AI translator, on par with Anaki become "Big Bro". tbh, I think a /real/ Anime Fan wouldn't be freaking out over just using Juujin -- A japanese show with interesting japanese words, okay? I would've gotten rid of "Chainsmoker Cat", which is just branding used for the ignorant gaijin..
